Christ’s College has resubmitted the same oversized four-storey mega-development as application 26/02109/FUL. Not a brick changed. What experts call heritage harm, the College calls a benefit. They have already conceded the first permission was unlawful. The High Court rules on 20 October on how to put it right. Yet the same scheme is back, with the same errors.
