Dear Sir/Madam,

The Substantive Hearing in the above case has been listed for hearing on 20th October 2026 with a time estimate of 1 Day.

The time of the hearing will be published in the Cause List the day before the hearing (available online from 2.30pm that day).

The hearing will take place in person at the Royal Courts of Justice in accordance with the ordinary practice in the Administrative Court.

The Judge hearing the case may, if there are compelling circumstances, either:

(a) permit some persons to attend the hearing by video link with others attend in court as usual (a “CVP hearing”); or

(b) decide that the hearing should be conducted entirely by video or phone call (hearings by video call take place using Microsoft Teams).

If you wish to make any such application you must do so as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 working days before the hearing date to Administrative Court Office, General Office. The application must be made by Application Notice (Form N244), with a fee of £313 and must set out in full, all matters relied on.
