Exhibit F2 to CLAG’s map record (23 September 2026): the townscape map of the Council’s Historic Core Conservation Area Appraisal for Drummer Street and Christ’s Lane Filed with CLAG’s map record (Annex F), for the public register of application 26/02109/FUL. The page below is page 3 of 5 of the Drummer Street and Christ’s Lane section of the Council’s Historic Core Conservation Area Appraisal, as the Council publishes it. It is reproduced below the stamp at a slightly reduced size and is otherwise unchanged; the page carries the Council’s own copyright line. The map record, section 1, entry 3, relies on it for the arrows keyed “Key Positive view” along Christ’s Lane in both directions, for the colouring of the College’s whole frontage to the lane as “Grade I Listed Building”, and for the lane’s surface keyed “Area of Quality Paving”. The first permission is quashed. The second is frozen.

On Tuesday 20 October 2026 the High Court quashed the first approval, 25/02161/FUL, on all four grounds of our claim. The Secretary of State has frozen the permission. On 13 October she directed the Council not to grant it without her authorisation while she considers whether to call the application in, six days after the identical application 26/02109/FUL was controversially approved. If you would like to support a call in, write to us and we will tell you how.
